Excellent
I received excellent care and treatment.
Nearby ward is the best
I refer to the Primrose Breast Care Unit at Derriford Hospital. Without exception all staff from reception through to the nurses and consultants were exemplary. Appointments were quickly arranged, treatment was effective and provided in a calm, friendly and highly professional manner.
I can only give the highest of praise to the staff from the auxiliary to the nurses, Doctors, Surgeons and ALL medical personnel. Thank you guys
I went for a routine breast screening at the primrose centre there were two receptionists the one that spoke to me was a older women in her late 60s I would say quite full of herself with a put on fake posh accent I felt she talked down to me and when I said I didn’t have my letter she immediately gave me a horrendous look narrowed her eyes it was awful I felt like I committed a crime she needs to go on a course for communication and people skills as she had none.
Two recent experiences, one in AAU in November last, the other on Thursday 21/02/19 in A&E. Marvellous care. Doctors, nurses, technicians, reception. . Thank you so much, your skill and care are exceptional. I'm 79 and have never had beterr attention for emergency treatment. . Doreen Evans
I have been well treated by everyone I have come upon, from the Primrose Centre receptionist, all of the breast care nurses especially Beth, the lady anaethestist on January 3rd and a special thanks to the young male nurse who I think may have been called Ben who calmed me before my operation. Thank you Derriford.
A marvellous Hospital we don’t know how lucky we are and not appreciated enough
The hospital is effective and efficient. I was treated by Mr Emad Smo (consultant surgeon) and he was a brilliant professional
